Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of high-impact, non-traditional education accounts, the full-time remote Partnership Manager will drive retention and revenue growth while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and delivering tailored presentations to support customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Drive retention and revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers to become a key partner in their success
- Own the full sales cycle, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in EdTech or Education
- Familiarity with the non-traditional education landscape and experience selling to executive sponsors
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving ambitious goals
- High proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven sales tools
- Strong strategic thinking skills connecting customer needs to student outcomes and ROI
