Job Summary
Managing relationships with key stakeholders in the news industry, the fully remote Partnership Manager, News & Media will develop partnerships, guide media partners through Bluesky's offerings, and establish campaign activations while working across teams to enhance audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with beat reporters, newsroom audience teams, and publisher leadership
- Guide news and media partners through Bluesky and AT Protocol to facilitate audience growth
- Establish programmatic activations and own planning and execution of both IRL and digital campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content partnerships, audience development, or business development within a news/media capacity
- Deep knowledge of the news ecosystem with existing relationships and the ability to build new ones
- Experience in high-velocity startup environments with a focus on rapid iteration
- Fluency in social media and a strong understanding of the internet culture
- Proven track record of leading impactful campaigns that drive awareness and growth
