Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of corporate partners, the full-time Manager, Partnership Services will ensure exceptional service delivery, lead the execution of partner programs, and manage budgets while working remotely from either the United States or Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and build relationships with assigned corporate partners, ensuring contractual requirements are met
- Lead the development and execution of partner programs across PWHL teams and the League
- Track expenses related to assigned partners and identify opportunities for account renewals
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years' account management experience in the sports and entertainment industry
- College and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada on a full-time basis
