Partnership Services Manager
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of corporate partners, the full-time remote Partnership Services Manager will build and maintain impactful partnerships while ensuring exceptional service delivery and managing partner programs across various assets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned corporate partners, ensuring contractual obligations are met with high-quality service
- Lead the development and execution of partner programs, including in-game, digital, social, and event assets
- Track budgets and expenses for assigned partners while utilizing a CRM system to monitor partner assets and develop insights-led recaps
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years' account management experience in the sports and entertainment industry
- College and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
