Job Summary
Supporting new business development and partner lifecycle performance, the full-time remote Partnership Strategist will manage CRM accuracy, assist with onboarding coordination, and facilitate territory-based events to enhance client expansion strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Executive Directors of Partner Success to support renewal and expansion strategies across assigned territories
- Maintain CRM accuracy and conduct research to inform territory strategy and account prioritization
- Assist in planning and executing territory-based events, tracking conversion metrics to improve performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in education or revenue-support roles, with K-12 education experience strongly preferred
- High proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while supporting cross-functional teams
