Partnership Success Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing technology division, the full-time Partnership Success Manager will build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring they effectively utilize Murmuration's products and services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of partners by implementing onboarding plans, diagnosing issues, and developing tailored support resources
• Facilitate training sessions and meetings to ensure partners maximize the value of Murmuration's tools and services
• Lead cross-functional projects to deliver timely services and collect partner feedback for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building and managing relationships with partner organizations
• Experience supporting teams and managing outputs across multiple divisions or streams of work
• Strong project planning and management skills, with the ability to break down complex problems
• Familiarity with data quality and hygiene, particularly in electoral or advocacy contexts
• Interest in politics and community-focused policy work
