Partnerships Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the development and launch of new Supervised On-Ground Field Experiences (SOFEs), the remote Analyst III, Partnerships will identify new sites, negotiate agreements, and ensure operational readiness for effective learner experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the identification, assessment, and onboarding of new SOFE sites in alignment with program requirements
• Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts for new SOFE sites, ensuring compliance with academic and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with faculty, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure operational readiness of all new SOFE sites

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in project management, contract management, or experiential learning operations
• Demonstrated success launching new operational sites, programs, or contracts
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives with minimal supervision
