Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop a pipeline of new licensing partners and IP collaboration opportunities
- Build and manage a portfolio of licensing partners, maintaining strong relationships
- Support partnership and licensing conversations, including reviewing agreement terms
Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in licensing, partnerships, or brand collaborations
- Experience in supporting licensing agreements and partnership negotiations
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to grow partner accounts
- Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives
