Partnerships and Proposals Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships and developing strategic proposals, the full-time Manager, Partnerships and Proposals will create compelling sponsorship proposals, oversee program execution, and analyze performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of customized sponsorship proposals and supporting materials to drive new business
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned sponsor accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and program support
• Manage the execution of sponsorship programs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results on time

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in a client-facing, marketing, or partnership role, preferably in media, publishing, education, or sponsorship
• Proven track record of proposal writing and managing client accounts through a full cycle
• Experience with budget management for sponsored programs valued between $50K-$1M
• Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of client-facing work preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
