Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Associate to manage and scale a partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for partner onboarding, troubleshooting, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate CRM usage to track partner pipeline, revenue, and relationship status
• Build playbooks and process documentation to support team scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in ad tech, media, or partnerships/operations role
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and self-starter mentality
