Partnerships Associate

Job Summary

To expand partnerships with colleges and universities, the full-time remote Partnerships Associate will execute outreach strategies, manage engagement pipelines, and track performance metrics to foster constructive dialogue on campus.

Key responsibilities

• Execute personalized outreach to prospective partner institutions through various channels
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and contribute to lead follow-up workflows
• Track outreach results and share insights with the Partnerships team to improve strategies

Required qualifications

• Up to two years of professional experience, including internships or outreach-driven roles
• Genuine excitement for relationship-building and outreach
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of outreach
• Clear and professional communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
• Curiosity about higher education and motivation to support CDI's mission
