Partnerships Attorney

Job Summary

Supporting partnerships teams, the full-time remote Partnerships Attorney will negotiate strategic transactions and partnership agreements while addressing critical legal risks in the fintech and technology integration spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft complex legal agreements related to SaaS, partnerships, and API/SDK arrangements
• Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and templates to support partnership initiatives
• Collaborate with business partners to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with technology integrations

Required qualifications

• J.D. or LL.B and a license to practice in a common law province in Canada or any U.S. state
• Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating technology-related commercial agreements
• Proven track record with SaaS, partnerships, and licensing agreements
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments
• Keen interest in creative legal problem-solving and researching novel areas of law
