Job Summary

Partnerships Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for providing operational, financial, and logistical support to the Academic and Military Partnership team, including managing expense reporting, coordinating events, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with expense approvals and tracking, and prepare reports for events
  • Coordinate event logistics and manage marketing materials and inventories
  • Support department audits and maintain accurate records related to events and budgets
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in operations support, program coordination, or event management
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
