Job Summary
Organized and relationship-driven, the part-time hourly Partnerships Coordinator will support the Strategic Marketing team by managing venue partnerships, coordinating events, and overseeing field marketing operations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue and show partners
- Coordinate event scheduling, logistics, and partner communication
- Monitor event performance and provide feedback to leadership
Required qualifications
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality, field marketing, partnerships, or related industries preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel locally as needed
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
