Job Summary
Supporting the Strategic Marketing team, the part-time hourly Partnerships Coordinator will manage venue partnerships, coordinate events, and oversee field marketing operations in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue and show partners
- Coordinate event scheduling, logistics, and partner communication
- Monitor event performance and provide feedback to leadership
Required qualifications
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality, field marketing, partnerships, or related industries preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel locally as needed
- Ability to manage multiple events, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
