Job Summary

Organized and relationship-driven, the part-time hourly Partnerships Coordinator will manage venue partnerships, coordinate event logistics, and support marketing operations in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue and show partners
  • Coordinate event scheduling, logistics, and partner communication
  • Monitor event performance and provide feedback to leadership
Required qualifications
  • Experience in event coordination, hospitality, field marketing, partnerships, or related industries preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel locally as needed
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
