Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of a lead generation strategy for identifying and engaging new funders and partners
- Strengthen existing partnerships by consolidating data, developing reports, and coordinating meetings
- Conduct research and contribute to strategic planning and development of partnership proposals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a solid academic record
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced in written and spoken English
- 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or program coordination
- Proficiency in CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Salesforce)
