Job Summary

To build and grow strategic partnerships, the full-time Head of Partnerships will identify, develop, and deepen relationships with key stakeholders in the talent acquisition and HR technology ecosystem while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop high-value partnerships that generate qualified commercial opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with RPOs, assessment providers, ATS providers, and relevant consulting partners
  • Create and progress partner opportunities from initial conversations to leads, pipeline, and revenue
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in a partnerships, channel, relationship, or alliance role with independent execution capability
  • Experience in building partnerships from the ground up, not just managing existing accounts
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS partnerships, including referral, reseller, and strategic models
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Technical understanding to discuss integrations and product fit without needing deep technical expertise
