Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Director to help bring students the science of reading.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with school and district leaders
• Generate new opportunities by identifying leads and developing a robust pipeline
• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 3 years of experience as a school or district leader
• Strong understanding of foundational literacy and the science of reading
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with storytelling, strategy, and data-driven decision making
• A natural drive to sell and achieve growth goals
