Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial and functional strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
• Lead and manage a team responsible for Introducing Brokers (IBs) and other key partnerships
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on cryptocurrency and CFDs
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs)
• Strong functional leadership skills
• Expertise in Partnerships economics and relationship management
• Understanding of market dynamics and go-to-market strategies through partnerships
