Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Director to lead and expand its strategic partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the company's partnerships strategy to support growth goals across engineering, utilities, and technology markets
• Drive commercial opportunities with partners from conception to execution to achieve order and revenue goals
• Identify, onboard, and manage high-impact partners, including engineering consultancies and digital transformation integrators

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in water engineering or related fields
• Strong background with software solutions such as hydraulic modeling, SCADA/IoT systems, and asset management platforms
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems and managing complex relationships
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and drive shared revenue outcomes
• Experience in driving go-to-market plans and integrated solution offerings
