Job Summary

As a full-time remote Partnerships Director, the successful candidate will manage the end-to-end partnerships strategy for new product lines, focusing on building a pipeline, structuring complex deals, and ensuring partner success post-agreement.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and run the partnerships pipeline from initial outreach to successful onboarding
  • Lead independent conversations with insurance carriers and partners, qualifying fit and structuring value propositions
  • Design creative deal structures and contribute to vertical strategy based on partner insights
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting with a track record of closing complex deals
  • Experience launching new partnership categories or building a business development function from the ground up
  • Background in consulting, business development, or early-stage startup operations
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and navigate large partner organizations independently
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex deal structures to executive audiences
