Partnerships Director

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new product lines, the full-time remote Partnerships Director will manage the end-to-end partnerships process, including building the pipeline, structuring complex deals, and ensuring partner success across various sectors such as insurance and product providers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines from outreach to onboarding
• Lead independent conversations with insurance carriers and partners to qualify fit and structure value propositions
• Design creative deal structures and ensure long-term partner engagement post-close

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting with a proven track record of closing complex deals
• Experience in launching new partnership categories or building business development functions from the ground up
• Background in consulting, business development, or early-stage startups
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and navigate large partner organizations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex deal structures to executives
