Job Summary
To support the expansion into new product lines, the full-time remote Partnerships Director will manage the end-to-end partnerships pipeline, structure complex deals, and ensure partner success across various sectors including home and motorcycle services.
Key responsibilities
- Build and run the partnerships pipeline from initial outreach through signed agreements and onboarding
- Lead independent conversations with insurance carriers and partners, qualifying fit and structuring value propositions
- Design creative deal structures and ensure long-term partner relationships post-close
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting with a proven track record in complex deal closures
- Experience launching new partnership categories or building business development functions from the ground up
- Background in consulting, business development, or early-stage startups
- Demonstrated ability to engage and navigate large partner organizations independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex deal structures to executives
