Job Summary

Owning day-to-day relationships with a network of partners, the full-time Partnerships Growth Owner will embed with partner sales teams, build CRM systems, and track performance while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with custodians, exchanges, accounting firms, and other partners
  • Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns and events
  • Develop new partnership verticals and track partner performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • 2-6 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a go-to-market role
  • Strong understanding of the crypto industry and digital assets
  • Proven ability to build relationships at an individual level
  • Experience working in environments with measurable targets and commercial pressure
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in business
