Job Summary
Owning day-to-day relationships with a network of partners, the full-time Partnerships Growth Owner will embed with partner sales teams, build CRM systems, and track performance while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with custodians, exchanges, accounting firms, and other partners
- Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns and events
- Develop new partnership verticals and track partner performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a go-to-market role
- Strong understanding of the crypto industry and digital assets
- Proven ability to build relationships at an individual level
- Experience working in environments with measurable targets and commercial pressure
- Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in business
