Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partnerships Lead, Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive partnership roadmap aligned with strategic business goals
- Source, evaluate, and prioritize partnerships across the crypto ecosystem, focusing on T1 and T2 partners
- Lead the full lifecycle of partnership engagements from outreach to long-term relationship management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with 3+ years in crypto/Web3
- Deep understanding of the blockchain and Web3 landscape, including L1s/L2s and DeFi
- Proven ability to close and scale high-value partnerships and joint ventures
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for structuring complex deals
- Highly autonomous and adaptable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
