Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Lead to oversee customer relationships and drive partnership success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of closing partnership deals and serve as the main liaison for partners
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships to manage expectations and feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate project readiness, requirements, and risks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting DOW projects
  • Proven expertise in OEM sales channels and integration of complex products
  • Experience managing significant contracts and responding to RFPs
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage complex projects
