Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partnerships Lead to oversee customer relationships and drive partnership success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of closing partnership deals and serve as the main liaison for partners
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships to manage expectations and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate project readiness, requirements, and risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting DOW projects
- Proven expertise in OEM sales channels and integration of complex products
- Experience managing significant contracts and responding to RFPs
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage complex projects
