Job Summary

To expand brand visibility through selective partnerships, the part-time Partnerships Lead will manage deal sourcing, execution, and pipeline metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own partnerships across distribution and brand collaborations, focusing on retail and hospitality
  • Source and close opportunities, leading conversations from initial contact to deal execution
  • Maintain a clear deal pipeline and create partnership materials to support outreach efforts
Required qualifications
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in consumer, retail, or CPG sectors
  • Proven ability to source, structure, and close deals effectively
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to assess partnership value
  • Self-directed and accountable, with excellent negotiation skills
  • Comfortable initiating cold outreach and driving conversations forward
