Job Summary

To build and scale the Commercial Partners Programme for Southern Europe, the full-time remote Partnerships Leader - Southern Europe will manage relationships with resellers, systems integrators, and consulting firms to drive revenue and enable sales of ElevenLabs' technology.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partner strategy, including onboarding and enabling resellers and integrators
  • Design and pilot partner incentive and enablement models to generate qualified pipeline and scale the programme
  • Monitor and report on partner performance and revenue generation, ensuring alignment with regional growth targets
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in building and scaling SaaS/Cloud solutions with a strong network in the industry
  • 4+ years of experience managing RSI, GSI, and hyperscaler partnerships with a focus on revenue generation
  • Experience in creating partner motions from scratch rather than managing an existing programme
  • Ability to work with technical, API-driven products and explain complex concepts effectively
  • Bonus: Experience in both sales and partnerships/alliances across different company sizes
