Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.B and license to practice in a common law province in Canada or any U.S. state
• Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements
• Proven track record with technology-related commercial agreements
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments
• Keen interest in creative legal problem-solving and researching novel areas of law
