Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Manager - DeFi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture active relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem teams
• Support the BD lead in identifying partner chains and coordinating outreach and onboarding
• Coordinate co-marketing campaigns and track key partner milestones for joint initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or ecosystem development in Web3 or fintech
• Familiarity with major blockchain ecosystems and their organizational structures
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner tracks simultaneously
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
