Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partnerships Manager in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Pioneer the agency partner landscape by mapping and identifying potential partners
- Recruit and activate high-impact partners to generate leads and new pipeline opportunities
- Measure and optimize partner performance through established KPIs and market feedback
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in partner/channel management or business development within SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or CX platforms
- Demonstrated success in partner acquisition and revenue generation
- Familiarity with digital, performance, and creative agency operations and business models
- Existing relationships within the North American agency landscape are a plus
- Ability to influence across functions and navigate complex stakeholder environments
