Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale strategic partnerships from sourcing to long-term growth
• Build partner playbooks and enablement assets to drive adoption
• Manage the partnerships lifecycle and ensure effective partner training

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development
• Strong understanding of financial institutions' software evaluation and implementation
• Experience managing pipeline and partner activity in HubSpot or similar CRM
• Strong operational skills to manage complex projects and align stakeholders
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities effectively
