Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive partner acquisition and manage relationships with capture partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build outbound pipeline through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Source and sign new capture partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and engagement
- Run discovery sessions to shape pilot structures and maintain CRM hygiene
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in BDR, SDR, or inside sales with experience in deal ownership
- Ability to run full-cycle conversations with operators and decision makers
- Organized and reliable with strong pipeline management skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Curiosity and ability to learn quickly; no robotics background required
