Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive partner acquisition and manage relationships with capture partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build outbound pipeline through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Source and sign new capture partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and engagement
  • Run discovery sessions to shape pilot structures and maintain CRM hygiene
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years in BDR, SDR, or inside sales with experience in deal ownership
  • Ability to run full-cycle conversations with operators and decision makers
  • Organized and reliable with strong pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
  • Curiosity and ability to learn quickly; no robotics background required
