Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Manager (ESPs & Agencies).

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable ESP sales and customer success teams through training and resources
  • Generate revenue from ESP channels by sourcing new opportunities and building joint sales plays
  • Grow the agency ecosystem by activating digital agencies and managing revenue KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development in martech/adtech, ESP, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets related to partners and agencies
  • Familiarity with ESP ecosystems, particularly Klaviyo or Shopify
  • Strong commercial instincts focused on pipeline and deal strategy
  • Experience working with sales teams and developing effective enablement programs
