• Sourcing and closing junior debt deals ranging from $100K to $3M
• Driving business development and partnership expansion to increase revenue
• Managing and nurturing relationships with referral partners in the financial services industry

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial lending, preferably in finance
• Proven ability to independently generate and close deals
• Strong financial literacy with the ability to interpret financial statements
• Established or developing network of referral partners in relevant industries
