Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Manager to architect and scale its strategic partnerships engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale strategic partnerships from sourcing to long-term growth
• Build partner playbooks and enablement assets to drive adoption
• Manage the partnerships lifecycle and ensure effective partner training

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development
• Strong understanding of financial institutions' software evaluation and implementation
• Proven operational skills to manage end-to-end execution and align stakeholders
• Experience with pipeline management and reporting in HubSpot or similar CRM
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure in complex projects
