Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Partnerships Manager is a full-time role focused on building and scaling ecosystem partnerships within the rental industry, managing the entire partnership lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and driving commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and onboard partners across various rental software and technology ecosystems
• Collaborate with partners on referral programs and co-marketing initiatives to drive revenue
• Manage ongoing partner relationships and maintain documentation and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales within B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close partnership agreements
• Strong project coordination skills for managing multiple integration workstreams
• Builder mindset with experience creating partner programs and processes
• Familiarity with SaaS products and API-based integrations
