Job Summary

To build and scale BluSynq's ecosystem partnerships, the full-time remote Partnerships Manager will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to driving commercial impact and coordinating integration delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard partners across various technology ecosystems, developing a partner sourcing strategy aligned with business expansion
  • Collaborate with partners on referral programs and co-marketing initiatives, tracking performance metrics to ensure measurable business outcomes
  • Coordinate integration timelines with Product and Engineering teams, maintaining consistent partner experiences and managing ongoing relationships
Required qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales within B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close partnership agreements
  • Strong project coordination skills, capable of managing multiple integration workstreams
  • Builder mindset with experience creating partner programs and processes from scratch
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and API-based integrations
