Job Summary
To build and scale BluSynq's ecosystem partnerships, the full-time remote Partnerships Manager will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, and growing relationships with software providers and marketplaces, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive integration and go-to-market initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and onboard partners across various technology ecosystems aligned with BluSynq's expansion roadmap
- Collaborate with partners on referral programs and co-marketing initiatives, tracking performance metrics to ensure business outcomes
- Coordinate integration delivery by managing timelines and ensuring consistent partner experiences throughout the integration process
Required qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales within B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close partnership agreements
- Strong project coordination skills, managing multiple integration workstreams and stakeholders
- Builder mindset with experience creating partner programs and processes from scratch
- Familiarity with SaaS products and API-based integrations
