Job Summary
Owning the regional partnerships strategy and execution, the full-time Partnerships Manager will recruit and manage partner relationships across North America, driving commercial outcomes and enhancing partner experiences in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional partnerships strategy, managing the full lifecycle of partner relationships
- Identify and sign partners that enhance product-market fit and drive new business revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure partner success
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of the European payments ecosystem
- Able to operate at both executive and tactical levels
- Experience thriving in ambiguity and early-stage environments
- Commercially driven with a product-oriented mindset and high emotional intelligence
