Job Summary

Owning the regional partnerships strategy and execution, the full-time Partnerships Manager will recruit and manage partner relationships across North America, driving commercial outcomes and enhancing partner experiences in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the regional partnerships strategy, managing the full lifecycle of partner relationships
  • Identify and sign partners that enhance product-market fit and drive new business revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure partner success
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record in Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of the European payments ecosystem
  • Able to operate at both executive and tactical levels
  • Experience thriving in ambiguity and early-stage environments
  • Commercially driven with a product-oriented mindset and high emotional intelligence
