Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Partnerships Manager, the ideal candidate will own the partner lifecycle from sourcing and closing new e-commerce ecosystem partners to driving portfolio growth and operational alignment across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new partners aligned with growth strategies, managing the discovery and negotiation process
- Own partner relationships, executing performance reviews and creating plans to drive measurable revenue contributions
- Define and track partner KPIs, ensuring data hygiene and alignment with cross-functional teams for optimized workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel alliances, or strategic business development within e-commerce or fintech
- Proven track record of managing partnerships from sourcing to operational execution
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs for pipeline management
- Strong communication skills with a focus on managing remote workflows effectively
