Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the ambassador and creator partnerships program for Nomad Insurance Complete, the full-time remote Partnerships Manager will identify, nurture, and manage relationships with ambassadors while overseeing campaign execution and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and nurturing new ambassadors and partners for the Nomad Insurance Complete program
• Conducting outbound partnership sourcing and leading calls to pitch and onboard new ambassadors
• Managing ambassador partnerships, including budgets, timelines, and campaign execution

Required qualifications

• Experience building or managing partnerships, affiliate, or ambassador programs
• Hands-on experience with ambassador, affiliate, or influencer-led growth
• Understanding of remote work specifics and ability to work autonomously
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, blogging, and SEO
• Comfortable working in HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
