Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Managing Director of Partnerships and Organizing, the full-time Partnerships Manager will engage and manage a diverse coalition of national organizations to promote the Party at the Polls program, focusing on outreach, coalition communications, and partnership agreements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a coalition of national organizations committed to expanding voter participation through Party at the Polls
• Lead outreach and cultivation of prospective partners aligned with the program's mission
• Coordinate coalition convenings and engagement touchpoints, ensuring effective communication and follow-up

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, coalition management, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage relationships with national organizations and develop partnership agreements
• Experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder convenings or coalition engagement efforts
• Background in civic engagement, voting rights, or mission-driven nonprofits is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Google Suite and experience with CRM or partnership tracking tools preferred
