Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day partner relationships, the full-time remote Partnerships Manager will ensure effective communication with health plan and program partners, track performance metrics, and coordinate onboarding and program launches.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for partner communications and relationship maintenance
• Produce and present partner-facing reports on program performance, engagement, and outcomes
• Coordinate onboarding workflows for new partners, ensuring smooth program launches across teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, partner success, client operations, or healthcare program administration
• Experience in healthcare or a related field, with an MPH or other health degree preferred
• Strong ability to analyze data and communicate insights to non-technical audiences
• Proven program management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner workstreams
• Highly organized and reliable in a remote work environment
