Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on developing new partnerships, activating newly signed partners, and driving engagement and growth across the partner portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage new partners while managing relationships with a portfolio of long-tail partners
- Increase partner-generated referrals and revenue through proactive follow-up and collaboration on growth plans
- Execute partner-focused campaigns and coordinate events to enhance partner engagement and performance
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a relationship-driven commercial role
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage external relationships that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience managing multiple partner relationships and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment with accountability for results
- Experience using a CRM or similar system to track activity and performance metrics
