Job Summary
Managing the long-tail partner pipeline, the full-time remote Marketplace Partnerships Manager will oversee partner onboarding, co-marketing efforts, and operational systems while representing the organization in external conversations.
Key responsibilities
- Run the long-tail partner pipeline autonomously, qualifying and nurturing deals
- Manage post-onboarding partner activities including co-marketing coordination and adoption tracking
- Own and improve the operational backbone of the partner program, identifying process gaps and maintaining data hygiene
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in partnerships, referral marketing, or channel sales
- Domain expertise in ISV, database companies, or app marketplace ecosystems
- Proven track record of driving successful co-marketing and referral campaigns
- Self-directed with the ability to manage processes and external communications independently
- Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and early-stage startup environments is a plus
