Job Summary

To build and develop a partner ecosystem in the US market from scratch, the full-time Partnerships Manager will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, developing, and activating partnerships to enhance student employment and collaboration with industry partners in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and acquire partners in the US market through outreach and relationship building
• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships aimed at student employment and joint projects
• Manage partnership activation, including coordinating project requests and supporting marketing collaborations

Required qualifications

• Proven expertise in business development and managing the full partnership lifecycle
• Deep experience within the US market with an established network in the tech industry
• Demonstrated track record of successful partnerships and impactful employment initiatives
• Experience in managing employer profiles to maximize visibility
• Fluent proficiency in English
