Job Summary

Managing day-to-day partner relationships, the full-time remote Partnerships Manager will oversee communication, reporting, and program performance for health plan and program partners while ensuring smooth onboarding and operational execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for health plan and program partners, coordinating regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
  • Produce and present partner-facing reports on member engagement and program outcomes, while proactively identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage onboarding processes for new partners and maintain organized documentation of partner commitments and communications
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or healthcare program administration
  • Experience in healthcare with a degree in public health or related field preferred
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner workstreams
  • Comfort with data analysis and the ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized and reliable in a remote work environment, with a proactive approach to follow-ups and coordination
