Job Summary
To expand partnerships with Private Equity firms, the remote Partnerships Manager - Private Equity will be responsible for sourcing, closing, and growing high-impact alliances that generate revenue and unlock long-term value, leveraging 3-5 years of experience in strategic partnerships within financial services.
Key responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with Private Equity firms, positioning the platform as a value driver for their portfolio companies
- Identify, negotiate, and close partnerships to deliver mutual commercial value while managing the full lifecycle of partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to align Private Equity initiatives with company-wide growth objectives and track partner-sourced revenue
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in alliances or business development with Private Equity partners in fast-growing startups
- Strong understanding of Private Equity operations and experience in building relationships from scratch
- Proven success in acquiring and scaling strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue
- Exceptional commercial instincts and negotiation skills for complex partnerships
- Bachelor's degree; familiarity with FP&A and finance tech solutions is an advantage
